Para el lavado de la cuba, se deben repetir los pasos del filtrado del aceite explicados en el capítulo ?Mantenimiento Diario?, sin verter el aceite de nuevo en la cuba:
1. Abrir puerta del mueble.
2. Desenroscar el conector, luego tirar de él con cuidado.
3. Aflojar el volante del acople de extracción, levantando después el acople y ajustar nuevamente el volante para que se mantenga arriba.
4. Tirar del desbloqueo, ubicado en la parte inferior del mueble, para liberar la cuba y poder extraerla.
5. Desenroscar los tres volantes que ajustan la rampa de salida, luego de esto, tirar hacia afuera para extraer la rampa de la cuba de fritura.
6. Girar la pala hacia arriba y tirar de ella para extraerla.
7. Desmontar el disco de la pala, tirando de él hacia el interior de la cuba de fritura.
8. Coger el cestillo por ambos extremos y tirar hacia arriba para sacarlo de la cuba.
9. Tirar hacia arriba del grupo calefactor, con cuidado, para extraerla de la cuba.*
* Lavar sólo la resistencia, se debe hacer con cuidado de no doblar o modificar la posición de las sondas de nivel ni del termostato. No meter al lavavajillas.
** Todas las piezas se pueden lavar en el fregadero o en el lavavajillas. (Menos el conjunto calefactor).

To wash the tank, repeat the steps for filtering the oil explained in chapter ?Daily Maintenance?, but do not pour the oil back into the tank: 1. Open the door of the unit. 2. Unscrew the connector, then pull it carefully. 3. Loosen the wheel of the extraction coupling, raise the coupling and tighten the wheel again so that it stays up. 4. Pull the release mechanism located underneath the unit to free the tank so that you can take it out. 5. Unscrew the three wheels holding the exit ramp in position. Then pull outwards to remove the ramp from the frying tank. 6. Turn the paddle upwards and pull to remove it. 7. Dismount the paddle disk, pulling it towards the inside of the frying tank. 8. Grip the basket by both ends and pull upwards to take it out of the tank. 9. Carefully pull the heating unit upwards to take it out of the tank.* * Wash the heating element only. Do this with care so as not to bend or change the position of the level sensors or of the thermostat. Do not put in the dishwasher. ** All the parts can be washed in the sink or in the dishwasher. (Except for the heating unit).
